CORVUS HNOTT | ALIAS CORGI/CROW | GENDER MALE | AGE NINETEEN | DATE OF BIRTH AUGUST 10th | BIRTHPLACE AGRABAH | SEXUALITY BISEXUAL | OCCUPATION GANG LEADER | LOYALTY NEUTRAL |
| PERSONALITY With no inclination whatsoever towards "good" or "bad" (it's all subjective, baby) it's a bit hard to put a sticker on Corgi's chest. Revered by friends and subordinates as a classical antiquity hero alike that of Hercules and many other Greek Gods, his enemies aren't so fond and respectful to his name. He's a bit of a troublemaker, never truly taking anything serious which can be a bit problematic, though generally he doesn't mean anything by his snarky attitude and bully persona. Completely unabashed and probably a bit too promiscuous, references towards his junk, other people's junk, and even the junk of strangers might always come up in a casual conversation - especially if you're attractive. He might be bisexual, but his preference leans towards guys - so girls can rest easy in the fact they aren't as much on his radar to be smooth-talked. All sorts of shady though, he always seems to have an assortment of not-so-good-things to ingest and he'll totally peer-pressure people into acting like a complete moron for the simple idea of "it's a party!" - in general, he's an unpredictable mess that you will either love or hate, very seldom people find him to be anything in between. POSITIVE - energetic, athletic - quirky, unique - philosophical - boisterous, fun-loving - perceptive, brave | NEGATIVE - obnoxious, fratboy-ish - cunning, manipulative - vulgar, flirtatious - opinionated, stubborn - merciless, immoral |
| WEAPON Name: Spectre (Devdana देव दान).
Description: Supposedly a gift of the gods in the language of an old world, the Devdana (referred to as "Spectre" by Corvus) is a vicious looking two-handed sword featuring an exceptionally long blade and hilt, a wide crossguard, forged in the great fires of the divine hearth belonging to the goddess Niram and believed to have been lost in a battle long-past. It is only in the hands of its new master that Devdana takes on its true form, 30 inches of obsidian steel and ornately carved sigils, ivory-colored leather, the most precious of inlaid gems.
It is a weapon that feeds off of the ambition of its master, responding in times of necessity with the all-consuming blaze of Niram in the form of great birds and high, thick walls spanning 10 meters square. It is a weapon capable of waging and winning wars, there is no doubt of that, though it is not meant for man, no matter how absolutely it lends its strength to the capable mortals who have come to possess it.
As hearts grow dark and as love of the gods warps into love of the self, Devdana will turn against its wielder with savage fury leading to their downfall either through its fires or through its fickle glamours, at one moment a mighty sword and at the next a dull, rusting mockery of its former self, useless at the crucial moment. | COMMAND STYLE Name: Blaze of Niram.
Command Deck: The unholy blaze of Niram is a scorching dark fire resembling that of hell itself-- supposedly. It's a dangerous command deck - its use burning away "the good" within Corvus through its consistent use. It is an unpredictable fire that reacts purely on the ambition and desires of its master, calloused and merciless to the pain and anguish that it may bring upon those it comes into contact with, brilliant in its splendor as it manifests in a plethora of savage attacks. By no means is it a weak ability, and it takes a strong individual to gratify the flames that almost seem to be alive.
Heatwave: An almost passive ability with how little Corvus actually has to do in order for it to take effect. Ruthless eyes and harsh tones, the ability manifests itself in a surge of sweltering heat in the vicinity of twenty meters for a total of five posts (ten meter increase every level), requiring a five post cool down before use again. While it isn't an actual "physical" attack, the heat itself is efficient in melting away ice structures over a certain amount of posts (two - five, depending on size of ice structure), dampening water-based attacks, and the vicious wave can cause dehydration, heat strokes (being caught in a heat wave twice the same thread for a total of eight posts can cause some serious breathing problems), and speed significantly (15% each post caught in the heatwave) reduces under the effects as well, though speed gradually returns once the heatwave deactivates (returns 10% a post).
Flame Burst: With heavy fists intending to do some damage against the bodies of his foes, behind each punch and kick a burst of flames creates additional damage. The damage isn't very significant (it's based around current level, after all) and can be more of a nuisance, though constant receiving of flame-based strikes against the same location repeatedly may cause intense burns and make it a bit easier for him to break bones through continued pressure to that exact spot.
Savage Blitz: Unsheathing Spectre, the sword bursts into a surge of flames. With great agility and flame bursts at his feet, he glides across a short area (thirty meters) with slightly heightened speed and swipes his sword diagonally and horizontally at his enemies. Slashes of flames pour from the blade in arcs, with additional damage should the actual blade make contact against his foes. He may keep this activated for a total of two posts initially (rises by one post every level), before requiring a three post cool down.
Fire Immunity: Grants a significant immunity to fire-based damage (albeit not completely immune). He is, however, immune to his own flames and heat and therefore will not suffer the effects of his attacks.
None Currently: I'd like to unlock this later!
